I read reviews that money is blocked on the map for a few weeks, that fines are then sent, in general, all the horrors. But I needed to solve my questions in Brussels in 2 days, so there was no way to do without a car. I decided to protect myself by taking a car from an international company. There were no horrors. The money was detained for 4 days, no fines were charged. Now I will safely use their services.
