The strange situation came out ... we were first denied service with insurance, arguing that the situation did not fit the insured event. When we paid for it, we fully studied the conditions and knew exactly what was included in the insurance. They contacted the company through which they made the reservation, they confirmed our assumptions and further solved the issue without our intervention.
