We arrived at the issuing counter, but it turned out that there was no information on our order at all; accordingly, the car was not ready for us. We contacted the company through which we made the reservation and let's understand what's what. It turned out that there was some kind of technical failure and the application did not reach. In general, we apologized to us, made a discount and offered to wait until the car was delivered. The situation is not pleasant, but the company’s employees did everything possible to serve us well in the end.
