A very strange situation has occurred. I’ve been reading reviews, I wanted to book a car. I chose, I ordered, I paid ... then some sort of confusion went with my credit card at the checkout counter and I was told that they would not give me a rental car. My shock knew no bounds ... of course the money was not returned to me. It turns out all this is spelled out in the conditions of hire, so I recommend reading everything carefully and in advance
