Clearwater is a great resort that I remember from my childhood. But it's better to book in advance both the hotel and the car. For example, I didn't manage to rent the car that I wanted. There was an option either more expensive or cheaper, but not so comfortable either.

I rented a car for the 3rd time here. I never had a problem that I didn't like the car or that I was somehow poorly served or that a fine was issued. I just got to know all the rules once and it's easier. Also, the company's consultants are constantly in touch, so you can get advice remotely.

I had a desire to stay in Clearwater, and then go for a couple of days to see the surroundings, because the coastline is quite long. The family did not mind. I rented a car on Bookingcar, and took child seats and a navigator there. Everything was inexpensive and the vacation was interesting.
