It was difficult to figure out how to change the reservation. Circumstances have changed dramatically and the rental was not so simple. I thought that now this whole story will drag on. I can't say that everything turned out to be quickly solved through the support service. As far as I understand, they will additionally contact the distributor directly and resolve the situation there. In the end, everything turned out well. At least my trip took place on the terms that were convenient for me.

I was warned that a refund could be made within 90 working days from the date the travel restrictions were lifted, but I was returned in just a couple of weeks. It was a pleasant surprise, they invested in standard terms, although they used to return it literally in 4-7 days.
